Chicago Parking Management, Inc. (CPMi) is a privately owned corporation providing parking management services in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and St. Louis regions.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide highly effective and detailed professional parking management services to both commercial and government sectors, and initiate, then execute, customized directives that will increase revenue and service levels higher than expected by our clients and customers.

Headquarters
Chicago Parking Management, Inc.’s headquarters are strategically located in the heart of downtown Chicago overlooking the Chicago Yacht Club Harbor, the Museum Campus, and Mayor Daley’s newly transformed Grant Park. 150 N. Michigan Avenue (Smurfitt-Stone Container Building) is the Diamond shaped building at the northwest corner of Grant Park.

Commercial Division
CPMi’s Commercial Division manages parking facilities for individual high-traffic commercial businesses, RE management company portfolios and Fortune 500 corporations. CPMi is a member of IREM and ABOMA.

Government Division
CPMi’s Government Division serves the metropolitan and regional municipalities of Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, and their neighboring suburbs. Municipal services include revenue augmentation using citation management, immobilization initiatives, public parking management and consulting. Consulting services includes street parking, traffic, signage, public parking facilities, automation and technology.

Consulting & Technology
CPMi aligns with and consults for developers, municipalities, architects and engineers on large scale parking facility and building developments. Consulting services include economic feasibility studies, engineering and construction management, parking automation and technology, and long-term parking management service agreements.

Campus Parking and Security Division
In June 2008, CPMi will roll-out the “Campus Parking and Security Division” specializing in high school, college, and hospital parking facilities management and security. Parking management and security services for campus facilities will include multi-package management services, security, facility feasibility consulting, and facilities improvements incorporating automation technology and software.
